Free Listing:

Sponsored listing.
Sponsored listings are larger highlighted listings with a orange header. These listings are more popular with users.
These companies are shown in both the regular listings and prominantly at the top of the page in sponsored listings.
Sponsored listings can have upto 4 lines of text in their description, twice as much as a regular listing.
Sponsored listing also have the option of being listed in more than one category.

Sponsored LIFETIME listings are $249.
In comparison yahoo charge $299 PER ANNUM! for their directory listings.

Answer: Although as a independant directory we cannot be involved in a speciifc dispute we do take such reports very seriously and can use customer feedback to report issues and in severe cases, remove a company or post a warning.
